Asphalt Sealcoating

The primary purpose of seal coating is to protect the asphalt from the damaging effects of Arizona heat, water penetration, and chemicals like oil from heavy traffic. By creating a water proof barrier, seal coating prevents water from seeping in, which cause cracks and potholes. Regular seal coating extends the lifespan and durability of the asphalt, while it also enhances the asphalt's appearance, providing a smooth, black surface that improves visibility and aesthetics.
